There is also a telephone helpline for customers who have already purchased their Ontap Water Filter System. |

Can I adapt my current system to use your filters?
Yes, we have two kits available for converting systems using 1/4" pipe but drop a line to the helpdesk to put your mind at rest if you aren't sure which kit to buy or if it will fit your current system.
We now have two kits to convert BRITA triflow taps to Ontap Filters as well.
