Organic water filters
Ontap only use Carbon and Ceramic water filters.
We do not use Ion Exchange or Reverse Osmosis systems as they remove the minerals from your drinking water that are essential to your good health. Our filters remove chemicals and pathogenic organisms leaving your water clean, fresh and safe to drink. |

Ecological design
The Carbon and Ceramic replacement water filters are removed from the outer housing when it is time to replace them. The outer housings are used again and only the replacement filters are recycled. This helps to minimise the amount of plastic waste in our environment. |
Disposal / Recycling
The plastic spiggot can be removed from the carbon filters by hand and the old carbon filter can be put on the Bar-B-Q, in the bin or buried in the garden. The spiggot from the ceramic filter can be snapped off before recycling. |
