Yes, we operate a free email reminder service for your replacement water filter cartridges and we will send you an email two or three weeks before they are due to be replaced.
You don't have to remember details about what, where or when to order.
Our reminder email is tailored to you and will give you a link directly to the right webpage to order the correct filter(s) for your system.
If you buy a water filter system as a present, send us their email address so we can remind them about replacement filters rather than you.
What if I change my email address?
Just send us your new and old email addresses and we will update our system so you are reminded at the correct time.
